Our Town

Santa Magdalena is a fifth class municipality in the province of Sorsogon, Philippines, in the south of Luzon Island. It is bounded by Bulusan, Matnog and Irosin. According to the 2010 census, it has a population of 16,520 people. It is the smallest municipality in the province, both in population and area.

 

The municipality is famous in the province of Sorsogon for having beautiful and clean white sand beaches. Local as well as foreign tourists frequently visited these places.  The water on these beaches is very clear and safe for swimming.  You can also do some snorkeling and it is also ideal for camping.  If you want a quiet and peace place it would be a great place to go to.
