INVITATION TO BID


The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF STA. MAGDALENA, SORSOGON, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:


Name of Project : Supply, Delivery of Mini Dump Truck

Location : LGU, New Municipal Hall, Sta. Magdalena, Sorsogon

Brief Description : Supply & Delivery of Mini Dump Truck with ff. spec’s: Approx. 6.0 cu.m. Capacity, Remanufactured, Low Cabin, (w/o air ventilators), High Side, One Way Dumping, New Hydraulics, 6Wheeler, 5 Hb Bolt, 8 Axle Bolt, Tire 7.00 x 15 x 12 Ply Brand New, 4,570 ccEngine, 5 Speed manual, Color Green, Gross Wt. 4200, utility Vehicle, Leaf Spring Suspension, (Front-Centern 7 Leaf/Rear Center 5 Leaf) Tools-5 Ton Jack w/ handle, Tire Wrench, Maniquette, 1 Set EWD, Clearance Light LED Type, includingConversion to Red Plate.

Approved Budget for the Contract : Php1,154,566.92

Funding Source : MDRRMF TF 2018

Delivery Period : Sixty (60) calendar days


Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar delivery & supply within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.


All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award and Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR). Prospective bidders should be registered with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) at www.philgeps.net.

2. Submission of and Opening of Bids – February 12, 2019 at 1:00 PM


Bid Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Hundred Pesos (P500,00) to the LGU Sta. Magdalena, Sorsogon Cashier. The LGU Sta. Magdalena, Sorsogon reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
