The Provincial Government of Sorsogon releases the Proposed 2026 Schedule of Market Values (SMV) as part of its continuing effort to update and reassess the valuation of lands and real properties across the province

This initiative aims to ensure a fair, updated, and equitable basis for real property valuation, in line with current market conditions and existing regulations pursuant to Section 15 of RA 12001 an Act Instituting Reforms in Real Property Valuation and Assessment in the Philippines.

The public, especially property owners and stakeholders, are encouraged to review the proposal and share their comments or suggestions as part of the province’s commitment to transparency and participatory governance.
