Municipal Civil Registrar

MELISSA JANE T. MORALES
OIC Municipal Social Welfare and Development
Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring social welfare and development programs in the municipality. This office ensures that vulnerable sectors—such as children, women, elderly, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and marginalized groups—receive appropriate support. The functions are guided by the Local Government Code of 1991 (Republic Act No. 7160) and social welfare policies of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

OIC Municipal Health Officer

Sangguniang Bayan Secretary
Responsible for assisting the Sangguniang Bayan in its legislative functions and ensuring proper documentation of all proceedings. The Secretary prepares agendas, keeps minutes of meetings, manages official records, and provides support to the municipal council in the enactment of ordinances, resolutions, and other legislative matters in accordance with the Local Government Code of 1991 (Republic Act No. 7160).

Human Resource Management Officer
Responsible for managing and overseeing the municipality’s human resource functions. The HRMO ensures that municipal personnel are properly recruited, trained, evaluated, and compensated in accordance with civil service rules, local government policies, and other applicable laws.

MLGOO
Responsible for assisting the municipal mayor in coordinating and supervising local government operations, ensuring efficient delivery of services and compliance with national and local policies. The MLGOO provides technical assistance, monitors municipal programs, and ensures that local offices implement projects and services in accordance with the Local Government Code of 1991 (Republic Act No. 7160) and directives from the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).
