Full Disclosure
Full disclosure is our commitment to transparency, accountability, and good governance. It means that we openly share important information about government operations so that our constituents are properly informed and involved.
As part of this commitment, we ensure that key documents and transactions are made accessible to the public, including our budgets, financial reports, procurement activities, and ongoing projects.
Through full disclosure, we aim to:
-
Promote transparency in all government transactions
-
Strengthen accountability in the use of public funds
-
Prevent corruption and misuse of resources
-
Build trust and confidence among our constituents
-
Encourage active public participation in governance
We believe that an informed citizenry is essential to a strong and effective local government. By making information readily available, we uphold the people’s right to know and foster a culture of openness and integrity in public service.
Policy
The Full Disclosure Policy is a government policy that requires local officials of provinces, cities, and municipalities to fully disclose particular financial transactions of the LGU to keep their constituents informed of how the LGU budget is managed, disbursed, and used.
These documents have been posted in three (3) conspicuous places: on the 2nd Floor of the Municipal Building, at the Public Market, and at the Municipal Waterworks System Office.
