HEADS UP, BUSAINGANON LEARNERS | “CATCH-UP FRIDAY”

Starting today, January 12, 2023, the Department of Education implements “Catch-up Friday” through the Drop Everything and Read (DEAR) Day.

According to DepEd, Catch-up Friday is a learning mechanism intended to strengthen the foundational, social, and other relevant skills necessary to actualize the intent of the basic education curriculum by focusing on the development of learner's reading, critical thinking, analytical, and writing skills.

In addition, this is to enhance learner’s reading performance & improve values, health and mental through peace education, Ms. Imelda Grace G. Huab, OIC-PSDS Santa Magdalena District said on Friday.
