The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF STA. MAGDALENA, SORSOGON, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), posts this notice for the negotiated procurement (adjacent & contiguous) of the hereunder mentioned project:

Name of Project: Rehabilitation of LGU Water System (additional supply)

Location: Sitio Taas, Salvacion, Sta. Magdalena, Sorsogon

Brief Description: Rehab & Installation of New Transmission Line & Construction of New Intake

Box/Reservoir at Sitio Taas, Brgy. Salvacion, Sta. Magdalena.

Approved Budget for the Contract : Php 2,125,736.00

Funding Source: 20% MDF (realigned – 2017)

Delivery Period: One Hundred Seventy Five (175) calendar days

1. Start of Negotiation – April 12, 2017

2. Pre-bid Conference – None

3. Target Completion of Negotiation – April 19, 2017

The LGU Sta. Magdalena, Sorsogon reserves the right to negotiate with same contractor under the RA 9184 terms (adjacent and contiguous), without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
