NOTICE FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT

The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF STA. MAGDALENA, SORSOGON, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to offer for the supply & delivery of the hereunder project:

Name of Project: Supply & Delivery of Airconditioning Unit

Location: RHU & Delivery Room, RHU Bldg., Sta. Magdalena, Sorsogon

Brief Description: Supply & Delivery of 2 Aircon Units with ff. specs; Split type, 2.5 HP with Inverter.

Approved Budget for the Contract:P hp 114,000.00

Funding Source: MOOE

Delivery Period: Forty Five (45) calendar days

Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar delivery & supply within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding.

All particulars relative to Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and regulation (IRR). Prospective supplier should be registered with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement system (PhilGEPS) at www.philgeps.net.

3. Target Completion of Negotiated Procurement– October 9, 2017
