A total of 30 members of Santa Magdalena Fisherfolk Association (SMFA) harvested a total number of 76 kgs. of marketable-size bangus, yesterday, January 10, 2024 in Brgy. 4 Poblacion, Santa Magdalena, Sorsogon. This was a partial and selective harvest to lessen the production loss upon total harvest.
The organization sold the bangus for Php 170. 00 per kilogram and was in possession of a total income of Php. 12,920.00. The target date of their total harvesting is on February, 2024.
